No one judges you. There were some disagreements, but if you look closer, you will see them regarding every other comment here, too. No one 100% agrees with the other; that's just not what people do. It's natural and there's no focus on you here, trust me.
It's also not about how "wrong" you are, but how unhealthy these thoughts are for people who can't let them go for whatever reason. This isn't an attack on you personally. Especially not from people who've been there. ^^
This sounds an awful lot like Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, by the way. I have that myself. It's no fun, and I know the self-harm one can inflict on oneself as a reaction to it from personal experience. But it's possible to silence this voice or to at least help it calm down. Just... not necessarily through random online people.
I believe that RSD might be one of the root causes if not THE cause for excessive self-deprecation, by the way. So if any of you reading this ever feels an EXTREME reaction to perceived rejection, then maybe this describes you and helps you in any way to cope with these negative feelings.
No one is alone with this and it does get better if you acknowledge the problem. And somewhere along the way, you'll find that you're starting to trust yourself more and more.
