Have you ever seen your oc irl?

So I was just at Walmart and I saw this employee WHO LOOKED EXACTLY LIKE MY OC VICTOR WHO LITERALLY WORKS AT WALMART
Well he had a mustache, and Victor doesn’t have a mustache in the time that he works at Walmarket in the story, but whatever close enough. He has a mustache at some point. He was the perfect height (short), had black hair, a thin face, and was kinda nervous looking. LIKE- HOW? BRO WAS REAL

Has anyone else had something like this happen to them? Like just seen someone and thought “wow they look like my oc”

Met a cashier lady who sounds exactly like how imagine Claudita to sound like... doesn't look like her though

No. None of my characters have ever been seen by me in the real world and it’s due to the fact that none of them are even human beings. Only in the World Oak can they exist, not in this world which would be too complicated for them to understand.

I assume you mean analoges for our ocs and not literally seeing them irl and if thats what you mean then yes I have! Nearly two years ago actually when I saw Puss in Boots 2 The Last Wish. The death character really reminded me of a villian character in my comic that I haven't drawn yet. They felt so similar that I felt inclined to draw them for the first time since he only had existed in my head until now. I get the feeling I'll get questions from people asking if he was inspired by Death once I finally introduce him lol

Well not literally seeing them irl, but seeing someone irl that uncannily looks like them is what I meant. Instances where your characters look similar to other made up characters isn’t terribly uncommon I’d say, but seeing them as real people is kinda crazy. (Unless they’re based off real people that is)

And no. It would be wild to find someone who looks like my OCs, but I have had no luck there. Not that I have been searching, though.

There was a Chik-fil-A employee once that my husband and I instantly agreed sounded just like how we picture the MC of our comic. Makes you wonder if anyone has ever looked at/heard you in public and thought you were just like their OC lol

I didn't see them in person but I do know that there's a person from a true crime story I heard about. The murder victim looked like my female protagonist. It may have sent chills down my spine a little, every time I think about it makes me feel weird.

Once I saw in a train a guy who had exactly the same face features (in terms of shape, proportions etc) as I imagined my OC Jerzy to have if he was in real life and not a stylized drawing. Even eyes/hair colour was the same!

Not irl, but I also occasionally stumble across people who look like my OCs on pinterest. This woman looks almost exactly like my character Melissa Xochitl, except that Melissa is always cheesing or laughing

Everytime I see a tall thin white man with brown longish hair yet also a little effeminate, I think "Oh my god, it's a Shoo-Fly."

I don't think of these people as looking like my character but instead a type of man, similar to how people call some men Chads or Himbos.
