Well... I had to "Censor" both Scarlet Society and Love Quotes (BL) on Webtoon.
Funnily enough, both had an episode taken down over something extremely ridiculous and minimal.
In Scarlet, the protagonist Deidre had a vampire bite, the panel that got the chapter deleted it was just a close up of the fresh wound and a tiny bit of blood. Extremely tiny. To get the episode back we just removed that panel and done, after all, it was still easy to understand the protagonist was bitten.
In Love Quotes, now this was a more suggestive, since the characters were nude but nothing that violated Webtoon's censorship guidelines, and I also made sure to follow their recommendations about how to censor stuff, a lot of effects, or their weird obsession of having "Natural censorship". We didn't bother to contact the staff over the situation so we still have the episode in Tapas and still have it just in case as a free-to-read post on the author's Ko-Fi.
The truth is... I always analize the content and report if certain scenes of my authors are going to be in controversy with the guidelines of the platforms we post. And if my authors were to tell me to make a more violent version, I'll just do it, and then we separate everything before publishing it so we know where goes where. But so far, we didn't had any trouble at the point that we were told to change something and make it less visual, neither providing a new version and have it rejected again, like it happened to another authors that I know. So maybe I've just been lucky
