Yeah, I kinda wondered about that too. I guess it's just an appreciation thing and, like you said, it's a way to show support. Must give the winners a big boost in visibility!

I'm thinking of nominating Amunito by Hambonous because they're wicked talented with their creativity, and I love how they've formed their design for their comic through panel composition and playing with the 4th wall in a clever way that doesn't break immersion.

You may enjoy it! And that's why I just went and nominated them... they work really hard on their comic, but they don't have many eyes on it. It's a super fun and zany fantasy story. :}

I haven't chosen yet cause you can only do one for each category and I'm indecisive, but I was also wonder how will the creators know if they were nominated. Will Tapas send an email or something or will you only find out if you win?

For the community novel and 2024 new community novel, I recommended coco-ji's The Rising Sun Saga and Mall Ghosts. I find these to be really fun and among some of the best written novels I've found online, but they don't have a lotta visibility. The former is an action adventure comedy, the latter is a thriller, and both have a big focus on character dynamics, worldbuilding, and how those two things intersect.

I voted Sailor Possum's Star Warriors Cosmos Leo for the community comic section. It's a cute magical boy comic that feels fun and cozy and has a lot of love for its inspirations.

I didn't venture out enough to find a comic that started last year, so I couldn't vote for that category. And I don't read premium series.

As for the category of favorite community novel, I have already decided, although it was not easy. But as for comics, I don't know, it's hard for me, I have three authors in mind.
