A few days ago I bought some Ink and I’ve never had any issues with that before but this time my ink didn’t get given to me. I thought my purchase just didn’t go through so I bought it again. I checked to see if my purchases worked but neither of them gave me ink and it charged me both times. I sent and a few emails and followed all the things they tell you to do but none of it has worked. They haven’t responded so I’m not sure what to do. @victoria1 I’ve looked around the forms and they say to ask you if you have problems please help
