This sounds hilarious. I hope neither team changes their art style at all and we get a bizarre Kingdom Hearts esque mismatch where the incredibly gay anime-esque She-Ra cast in their pretty pink and purple outfits are all hanging out with these craggy macho He-Man dudes.

I was thinking the same thing,. The very sleek modern Sh-Ra designs mixed with the heavily detailed 80's-tacular look of the He-Man reboot would look hilarious in a Christmas Special together.

(Now i kinda wanna see someone who can replicate both styles do a mock-up art peice just to see what it would look like.)

There is a blonde man in my comic and he holds up a sword, so I guess it's He-Man.

.....Ah man, remember that time He-man took over a country, immediately stabbed a guy and then agreed to let somebody attempt to body-snatch a teenage girl because she refused to acknowledge him as king? Classic kids entertainment. Very inspirational hero.

One day we had this movie in the background on the TV and we discovered it had an after credit scene. I laughed so hard I almost broke a rib.

Lol.....Urien is the anithesis of He-Man.....

Now i am picturing him doing the "end episode lessons" but being a terrible rolemodel :joy:

Urien: "Let's talk about teamwork.......that's for pussies.....be better so you don't need a team in the first place"......"but having pawns is okay"

Urien: "alright kids, today i will teach you how to make your own pyramyd scheme!.....make sure you recluit insecure and/or submissive people!"

OK, I know I am not someone who knows a lot about He-Man but this looks like it takes more from the comics than the campy 80s version.

I also know this exists,

this was the version that was on TV when I was a kid but I never really watched it

I thought it was a bad dream.... so you say that it was real??? That show did happend?
Oh my

My only other He Man knowledge was seeing an article in Wizard magazine listing upcoming films. I remember seeing them announce a He-Man film and a Thundercats film, neither were ever made. This must have been in 2008-ish with an expected release date of 2010 or 2012

There was also this version in 2002. I remember it being pretty decent.

No that is the main character of the non-he-man show Teela.

There is now so much evidence that I have drowned myself in sadness.

The show is all about Skeletor beating He-Man and getting the power sword.
Then when the hero is out Teela will be the new hero.

Skywalker all ower again.

IMHO if you are going to do an alternative story and change the characters, then proclaim it and I will be curious to follow.

But showing this trailer and gives the nostalgia style only to cheat you into something else is crap

As a kid. My friend had an uncle that took his Skeletor action figure and put it on He-Mans tiger.
We all freaked out and my friend started to cry.

30 years later we still talk about that episode over family dinner.

And now. Skeletor has the freaking power sword!!!!

Deceptive advertisement is a dick move.......and illegal
