Wow that's really good, have you specifically studied heads of different species?

Thank you! To be honest, not really. I usually just find a good reference I like and then go from there but there I can also do them straight from my imagination. I do feel if I studied anatomy more, my drawings without reference would be much more accurate. I may start doing that more

Here is what I think:
The art is good, it´s 4 different rendering styles that you tried out.
For a comic you will need one rendering style, hands and full body characters.
Make character sheets for characters and then start doing sequential art

Some of the shading is off but most of it is really good.

That looks pretty awesome. It strikes a good balance between rigid realism and elegant cartooniness. Great stuff.
