@hannahlaine I dont think being married & having kids constitutes being a real adult. I've seen people that have both those things and I still wouldnt consider them "a real adult".

Yeah! Same here!! If i could go back in time that would be amazing!

I have also found that older creators tend to have more well rounded story lines and more realistic dialogue. Of course, there are always exceptions to this!

It seems like almost everyone is about 6-7 years older than me.
Feels like i'm entering first class from high school again and everyone else is in their exam class :smile_01: :sweat_01:

because in most asian communities, if your younger, people will act like you don’t know what your talking about, simply because do your age...

I feel the pain. I get asked what I want to be when I grow up. I'm like "I'm 25, still don't know, but thanks for asking?" lol

I'm an adult who still gets asked if I want a kid's menu at restaurant, gets left unserviced at coffee shops because they assume I'm waiting on a parent, and asked if an adult can sign for me when I pick up my contact lenses. Life is tough for the vertically-challenged.

There definitely are exceptions. I'm older, and some of the young folk have an excellent feel for dialogue, in particular.

I did explain, when asked, the difference between who and whom recently. That made me feel way less than youthful. FTR, I don't think 'whom' makes my dialogue better. Just older, lol.

I used to say that I’m an original Pacman player.
That makes me 40+

But I’m surprised that there are that many ”mature” creators. I guess that I have judged the many teens from the corruptive section here. I think that the elders are settled and have there owned thing going and most teens seek partners for new ideas?

Just what I thought. But it seems not always to be the case that reality is what you think it is
