Hi Guys

With the best time of the year round the corner, is anyone planning on visiting a scare attraction? I usually love doing this but I'm not sure that I'm comfortable with the close physical contact that usually comes with it, in the context of Covid. How does everyone else feel about attending haunted attractions etc this year?

Cheers

Danny

I would so love to. I haven’t been to a scary attraction since I was a kid. I’m vaccinated, but since things are getting bad again due to the delta variant I’m not going to get my hopes up too high for visiting an attraction. But then you never know??

No im not planning to. I don't celebrate halloween. Ive never attended any haunted attraction, ive only seen them on media. I think they are cool, I might attend one in the future.

I'd love to go to a haunted house, but not one of the horrible ones where they waterboard you.
Those actually exist. Nasty.

Agree I wouldnt do anything actually unpleasant, kind of defeats the purpose. Although I did do an entire house alone which was amazing haha

I will not be going to any indoor Haunted Houses for uhh, a while. I may visit a corn maze because it's outside and pretty easy to pick a day to avoid people, but otherwise, I won't even have trick-or-treaters again this year. It's just not safe, and folks have been acting wild.
I'm fully vaccinated, but I'm at high risk due to being chronically ill, so I need to make decisions about what I do wisely.

I do have a group of friends who are also vaccinated and also don't go out and do things a lot, so we might have a small Halloween party if we think it's safe. Otherwise, gonna be doing a bunch of over-the-internet spooky stuff this year. (Lots of scary multi-player games are coming out lately!)

With COVID, not even considering it. I'm planning to visit vaccinated friends and watch movies until we fall asleep, but failing that, probably just making another costume that integrates my mask and giving candy to the few trick-or-treaters I have nearby.

I don't think you can even find those here... Do we have those in Poland :blank:?
Though I'm pretty sure me and my friends will be laughing at church throwing a tantrum over some people wanting to have some fun on halloween instead of getting depressed in advance for All Saints’ Day...

My town has an old masonic temple that's being turned into a haunted house this year. I might go to that.

I've been vaxxed and I have a mask if I need one.

Last year I saw some places doing drive-through haunted attractions, so maybe that could be an alternative!

Avoid a place where it's crowded and badly ventilated in general.
