Is there any creators on Tapas 30 years or older?

I'm 30.

I am under the impression that many here on Tapas are under 30 or 20.

This has had me wondering. How many are older, and to what age group of creators dominate this platform in numbers?

So, please. If you could amuse me and comment, if you are 30 or older.

I was born 1975.
My mother kept some of my old drawings.
I have one piece of paper with very basic faces from 1977.
Some comic drawings from the 80s.
I put my focus on music when I was 16 because I wanted
to be a rocknroll musiican but I picked up drawing again
on my 40th birthday.
I woke up in a punk squat, next to me some skinheads who
were bandmembers of the ska band I was playing in. It
was my 40th birthday and I didn´t even tell them. I was really
depressed. Starting to draw again was the first step of changing
my whole life. I bought all the books and began the serious training.
I´m still training every day and I´m getting better slow and steady.
I just won a german comic contest and there is a newspaper article
about me today, they did an interview. I will avoid reading it because
I probably said stupid things

Yeah, the average age is older than you think. People who started reading webcomics in their teens and got into drawing them can easily be in the 35-40 region these days. If you're a millennial, you're in good company. I was born in the Thatcher era.

Oh yeah, I started reading webcomics in high school and I'm over 30! I first tried making comics as a teen/college student, took a break to git gud (as it were) and now I'm back.
