  1. I have been under a lot of stress in my life for about half a year. So I was feeling depressed today and decided to go to a festival to get out of the house. It was nice to walk around but when I got home, I felt really ill.

  5. Had a cupcake at the festival and made stir fry for diner

I have routines.
2 meals, Breakfast 7:40. Lunch 12
I make sure that I drink 1 litre water before 12, the rest is additional.
I go on a walk after lunch for 30 minutes every day (sunlight)
On different weekdays I do different excercises but just monday-friday.
I never go to bed after 12, except on the weekends
