I used to frequent here eons ago on an old account. I stopped writing and illustrating, went to college, started a new career. Life got less busy and I was able to come back to my hobby. One thing that I noticed changing on pretty much all my old art socials was that every site was flooded with AI art, especially DeviantArt (no longer used it anyway) and even Artstation, where I hosted my professional portfolio and used to get some freelancing gigs from.
Even on just a cursory glance of the front page, I noticed there's a distinct lack of any AI art. Did I get a lucky front page roll, or has Tapas and have webcomics in general, managed to avoid the great flood?
This topic is a genuine question, not intended to incite heated debate about the topic of AI itself. I've heard all the ethical points for and against a million times, I'm sure we all already have. For the purpose of my question, this is considered off topic.
