I do agree!
I don't colour because I have no time (or skills?) for that. But now I vow to everyone who will hear, I will colour at least one chapter of this series, once I learn how to do it gracefully!

I go the traditional route with the B&W and screentone for my manga  Here's mine, a hospital based fantasy/drama that'll have elements of horror later on

My anthro coming-of-age story in a rural fantasy village setting.

It has simple English, straightfoward but uniquely realized story & world. It isn't dialogue heavy, or having plentiful characters to POV, It's actually pretty mundane... and slow (at the beginning). But as creator i will try to create memorable moments. I try to focus on environment/mood immersion, expressive characters and effectiveness of panelings to tell the story.

does mine still count as B&W if I use spot colors on the power rangers but leave the rest black and white? It's blatantly a super sentai series, so it'd be kind of disingenuous to claim it isn't manga as all hell.

Please check out my work, THE SOUL COLLECTORS. All original artwork by me.

Hey, mines black and white  It's a dark humor horror. Three guys need to stick together to survive and gather their memories.

The art in my book is all black and white. Check it out!

mine is bw manga style :gift_heart:

I've got some Black and White (and Magenta) goodness here. My main focus has always been on character, heart, and humor (but I squeeze in humor and action whenever I get the chance).

I consider it more close to a comic then a manga, but it's full black and white \o/

Scifi fantasy manga here!

this is my webcomic, Alex!
i don't colour for a few reasons, drawing in b&w/ greyscale is faster, and I also like the aesthetic of b&w comics over coloured ones.
Anyway, here it is!

Here's mines...

I hope you enjoyed..

Thanks for giving us manga-styled comics a place to promote! I wanna see us all do well, so promote, promote, promote! Be the biggest hypeman for your work, your audience is out there somewhere.

That said, I hope you'll enjoy this sci-fi, adventure tale I've spent a decade working on and improving

In my hand, I have a story.... A tale of luckless misfits who happened to be at the wrong, wrong place... at just the right time...

LOSTLAND is a supernatural, post-apoc adventure story following the tales of four travelers and the little twists of fate that bind them both to eachother, and to one man's grand design for this new world.

Prepare for crazy humor, intense action, and a touch of mystery, all rolled into a world that changes all who travel through it. Updates every Saturday.

If you've been looking for a scifi story told in a fantastical, well crafted world, and filled to the brim with kooky, creepy and loveable characters, LOSTLAND is that comic!

The Search for Henry Jekyll has some of the best black/white/grays out there right now, imo!

I've checked out your comic & subbed. You've got some kick butt action scenes. Keep up the good work.
My comic, The Watchman started out as manga style/bw. Down the line (chapter 7), it changed to full color, scroll down format. It has sci-fi, action, slice of life, a bit of romance, too! Here's a few cover artwork. LordHermit did the background, I did the character, Teeabu here.

I did both background and characters, Paul and Delah.

Thanks so much for this opportunity. Hope you all will enjoy.

Here is my black & white..... Getting ready to conclude this series in Episode 4 and debating on putting the full series out in print and color..... Maybe???? Check it out and let me know what you think....

Thank you for making this thread, because manga style comics need love as well. Too many people on tapas and webtoons just pass them up since they don't like that they're in black and white. So here's my comic, have a read and tell me what you think of it.
