It looks like shit especially when I check out pages of the manga or shots of the OVA and that problem, even with it's specific style, isn't like this at all. Eyes are the gateways to the soul and when you screw up the eyes like this, you essentially take away the character. Even if its intentional the effects are so bad that it just contrast with the rest of what seems like a normal body, even the more mechanical aspects.
The idea of the Uncanny Valley is not to look fake but to look disconcerting. You see something and you know its wrong but you can't necessarily put your finger on it. Here, we know exactly what's wrong and why its wrong. It's not uncanny, it's just straight up fake.
A good example of the uncanny comes from the Australian film "Babadook" where the titular creature is portrayed through stop motion. We never get much of a look at the creature as its almost always hidden in shadows. We knows its real (as in, an actual prop is used) but the stop motion gives it an unnatural movement we know couldn't happen in real life.
If you want something to be uncanny then you needs to have a sense of realism to it. If this character is supposed to have traits of inhumanity, then give it to her in another way. Because what might work in a manga, anime or cartoon, doesn't work in real life.
There's a big difference again between something that is uncanny and something that looks straight up fake.
