Please Recommend Best Webcomics to Read!

Hi, I'm a newbie here and is looking for Webcomics to read.

I really love dark stories where there are a lot of twisted characters. You know, the anti-heroes and whatnots. BP if they're the MC.

Hmm, series with sort of dark and twisted characters?

I'd have to agree with @Benzy with the What Don't You Understand suggestion, that's one of my favorite series on Tapastic, it's got such a great art style and a really interesting plot.

Other than that, definitely check out Werewolf Breeding, it's got some pretty dark characters

And I've gotten a sneak peak at a new series called MED by Mr. Nohamn which is incredibly twisted, I think you'll really enjoy it (he also does a pretty grim and dark story called Homesick

Not exactly dark or twisted, but the current love of my life is O Human Star. It's about a brilliant roboticist who dies and wakes up 16 years later in a robot body. He goes to find his old research partner, but is shocked to learn that he is living with a teenage girl who is also a robotic clone of him...
The characters are amazing, the art is clean and professional, IT'S JUST SO GOOD

Unsounded had me hooked me for two days as I binged on it's glorious pages and engaging characters. It has its dark moments, but can be lighthearted, too.

Hi. For comics on Tapastic I'd recommend Demon Hunter Kain and Phisheye Placebo. I think you might also enjoy The Schizophrenic's Story Book and a horror anthology comic called False Positive, but those aren't on Tapastic. My own comic is called Zoie. I wouldn't call it twisted, but it's not exsactly light ether.

The name's NYLL, or well this is Nic from the creators team, our webcomic is entitled: Age Of Chaos: Depths of the Past

It has a very dark title and is a story about ASSASSINS! Yes it's a story about villains but let me tell you they are not the typical villains you think.

Here's a 15 word summary: Follow a blue-haired boy, full of raw emotions, on his journey to become an assassin!

Here's the long summary: After the Great War, assassins became endangered for the information they hold & their ability to kill. Now that peace has been established, these assassin guilds that were once a necessity during the war are now a threat. The assassins fled to the cursed country, Luna, where the climate protected them from their enemies. A young boy named Nemesis is about to go on his journey to become an assassin. Along the way he'll meet friends, fellow assassins-to-be, & face a lot of challenges. Gosh there are SOOO many good good Comics out there. I can't list all of my favorites, but here are a few!

No-End is a fantastic post apocalyptic Zombie adventure with an LGBTA cast and amazing art and storytelling.

Serpents of old Has a rich story, and a bright and vibrant world and not near enough love. A nice mix up of the tired old chosen one story with neato snek people.

Soul to Call: Is a gripping post apocalyptic roller coaster with amazing visuals and writing that makes me smack myself and think...well why didn't I think of that??

Hominids has an amazing and very very unique story, awesome characters and a plot that keeps you wanting more, not to mention it doesn't have enough love for how professional and well crafted it is.

Tyree of Amarynth is so colorful and enthralling I can't believe it, every panel is breathtaking and the creator is so friendly and active with their fans!

If you wanted to you can also check out my own comic Discount Religion. It's a slightly more quirky take on the whole post apocalyptic thing with the demons and angels and if you like big ole demon dad's you'd love it.

I've got a couple to recommend to you (since I'm also a fan of dark stories).

First is Daniel. Dark and twisted main character who goes through some major character development in the series so far. But you can't help but love him and relate to him because it's so well written as well!

Unknown Lands also has some amazing characters with dark methods and motives - and power that is terrifying and awesome at the same time! The art is phenomenal, so that's a bonus.
