We lost power here for fourteen days after Fiona hit us in 2022. Thankfully I'm used to Nova Scotia Power sucking and so I have a generator. Even still, I put $900 worth of gas through that thing to keep the lights on (and the fridge cold, and the well pump running, etc).
Hoping you weather the storm. Fiona was only cat 2 when it hit us, Helene is supposed to be cat 4!
