I barely got a toe dipped in this subject, but I've been looking into the community for a while just in case there was another Tumblr Purge situation boiling under the surface. From what it seems, places like Twitter can still mostly work, and Patreon has had some issues with not allowing hypno making people afraid of a slippery slope since they've gone corporate. It's still important to be wary that the art by nature is reviled by advertisers, even the very mild stuff, so it's really one policy change away from having to migrate.
STILL, there's always a place. There's the sites mentioned by other posts, there's Mastodon I think, I use Pillowfort but it's still closed registration, there's Newgrounds if you can handle people telling you that site is too archaic, but for mainly displaying the art, just make sure to have backups.
