  1. Since it's a thriller, I agree that you probably shouldn't split it and upload one page a day since it could really ruin the flow. I think you should just upload as often as you are comfortable while keeping a consistent schedule.
Think in the long run. For example, let's say right now you're uploading 2 chapters a week, ten panels each. Will you be able to keep that up for months (or years, if your story is going to be that long)? If not, maybe update less. Consider one, 15 panel update a week or something.

  2. The Tapas forums are a good place to start. The people you'll get on the forums will be some of your most active readers (lots of likes and comments), but we are only a very, very small portion of all the readers on the platform. I personally use social media the most (Instagram and Twitter), and have had a little success with Reddit. Reddit scares me though so I don't do that very often >.<

  3. It's a dark fantasy comic, which may or may not be up your alley, but here it is

Here's the webtoon link if you prefer that https://www.webtoons.com/en/challenge/lycoris-rising/list?title_no=460025

I think in the manga way would be super cool! That style is quite different from my own

Lol that is an art work for my friend birthday. I will draw a new B&W manga style of your character for you as a gift if you like.

That'd be awesome! Your friend must have liked it, I think it's a cool gift to get. ^^

I will send the artwork to you tomorrow, it is 5.43 a.m in Japan, my country now and i havent slept lolol

1- I think maybe you should upload new episodes one per week, it'll be cool and that what I saw on tapas help about publishing when I started publishing too (but mine is just a novel)

2- When I started for the first time here on tapas, I saw the forum option and I said " Woah " , and I started publishing wherever, but then, I started to look for promotion topics and read for read topics, and you must Interact with other people, I also went to some of my social media friends and I shared it with them, on top of that, I went to tapas groups on Facebook and joined some of them, for publishing there as well, and I learned that the work must be well presented, I mean something like this

3-

● Name: Age of Magic

● Genre: Fantasy, Action, Mystery, Magic

● Summary:
500 years ago, people believed that a great earthquake divided a huge continent into three ones . These three lived in peace until the day when a village got destroyed leaving one survivor. A boy named Leo, but little did he know of the adventure that awaited him.

● Why should you read it ?
Hmmm, If you like elves and demons or dragons, it's gonna be here, if you wanna see the journey of boy who lost everything and wants to get stronger in order to get his revenge, it's also gonna be here, if you like magical stuff, and how it works ( There're available episodes that explain how magic works " The origin of magic " check them out if you wanna know how, and let me know ur opinion about it ), or maybe you like competitions, and if you didn't find any of this, just know that it's just the beginning .

● Hopefully you check it out

And this is my novel style

Lmao i am considering it because my online class is on 8 a.m and I still can't sleep. Gonna chat with you guys more. It is a nice chance to get to know many authors of great novel/comic like this

Rip... Well good luck with your class in a few hours! And yeah, I agree, tapas is a fun place to hang out for creatives.

I have a novel, so I will tel you what I know for that.

schedule: first week or two a part every day. after that 3 to 4 a week.

advertising: I hang out around the forums and use Twitter now and then

my work:

and welcome to tapas!!!

Thanks for your info. Btw i read your novel and it is really intriguing lmao. You are having huge amount of subscribers, keep working !

oh! I didn't know you read it!
sorry if I missed that. I mostly try to remember people who like etc. but I might have forgotten

Thank you so much for reading 🥰🥰🥰

Thank you so much! And same to you, keep up the good work! ^^

  1. That honestly depends on you and your personal life. Do you do comics full-time, or do you have a job/school? How fast do you draw? How many episodes do you have lined up in advance? When I was still actively posting, I posted every two weeks because that's the fastest rate I can get my episodes out without burning out and making space for school and personal life.

  2. Eh, I'm pretty bad at advertising, too. Especially since so many of the people who know me in real life follow me on my social media because I'm too lazy to make a private account. I promote mostly on the forums, through topics where i could plug in my comic, but I also post links to my comics on my Twitter, IG, and Tumblr (sites where I'm most active).

  3. I would love to share but ah, I'm still working on my long-term comic so I've taken a break from actually drawing comics to work on the story.

Good luck in creating comics!
