This is a redraw of an old piece where the main trio are out having a neat ol' picnic break, bonding like sisters from other mothers:

I'm not sure how many years ago I drew the original (right) but it was when I first started drawing digitally. I like the colors I used in the original and I like the hair (or what I'm sure it's supposed to look like) so it was actually really fun redrawing it. (Also I have no idea why the redraw ended up being half naked, sincerely cannot recall my thought process.)

Hmmmm I guess it's not mind-blowing because it literally has been 10 years since the original - other artists make this amount of progress in 3-4 years...
...but it's not just a redraw, also a redesign because I decided to revive this very old OC and put her in a new story

The original was not actually designed with a magical girl outfit in mind, but it was supposed to have some sort of a magical ethereal vibe and I tried to preserve as many elements of it as I could.
