Hi folx!

I tried searching, but couldn't find the answer I was looking for... is there a way to click on an ink donator (in MESSAGES) and actually go to their page, instead of just replying? We like to leave art for folx, but some of their names don't come up in search. They also don't always work when plopped at the end of the extension because sometimes they're not their full username and is instead just the nickname they chose to mask their username. Thank you for any help and sorry if this has already been resolved before.

I have experienced that problem myself and suspect it has something to do with a user signing up through an app only - they would likely not see your drawing, since the user wall is currently not available on apps.

This is a lot of guess work on my end though. I'll ask our dev team for more details and will consider your suggestion for future updates.

On the ink page. You can’t click on the donator. But in the overview of all donators you can.

Just scroll down a little more on the page

You were absolutely correct! I was able to find their profile. Sadly, as @ratique pointed out, they're most likely on the app as well. Which is still a win, they were quite a large donator, I just wanted to show our appreciation

I actually already did that for the one donator I could not reach, they were very kind and understanding and we had a sweet exchange

May I ask for your link to the series that people are so gladly donating you ink for?

I heard back from the dev team. The answer to this issue is actually quite different from what I expected.

The search tool looks for creators only, so if your ink donator is just a reader and doesn't publish themselves, they wouldn't show up in that search. I will see if we can be a bit more clear on that in the future.

Thank you again for looking into this @ratique. As @jensrichard77 suggested, I did scroll down further past the initial area and was able to click on (and find) the profile of the user who had left me ink. From there I left the thank you image, so a slight workaround (by just scrolling down to the ranking list) helped me get the job done.
