My accomplishment for the day is making it through a week of work!

I finished Good Night, and am now excitedly waiting for the schedule to roll my buffer out over the next month!

I got my house packed up, scrubbed down and moved to another state without leaving anything behind, and by the deadline.

Now I just have to scrub the new house and unpack.

I believe I have consumed my weight in Halloween candy. That's something, right?

Several days ago I completed my first ever commission. It's like I've taken a tangible step from "amateur" towards "professional" :open_mouth:

Hmmm well, so far I'm surviving this training for work so go me on that front cause it's been a long couple of weeks.

I'm getting ever closer to finishing my novel from the last Writers Camp so that's awesome and I just kicked off a new novel last month that I'm excited about.

That's splendid! Good luck with the new stuff!

Uhh, obviously? Of course it does!

That's such a spectacular achievement!! Congratulations!

Yay for surviving training, and yay for writing!

October has been an exceptionally productive month for me, here are some of the thing's I've accomplished recently

  • Started posting my first one-shot to Tapas&Webtoons! After restarting an old project at the end of 2017, coming to terms with the fact that it wasn't a good idea/use of my time early 2018, I started writing this story in February, worked on it through May, took the summer off, and now it's out and rolling! Yay!

Related, I'm super touched that after only this short amount of time posting (4 weeks, 4 updates), I've already achieved:

  • Subscribers in the double digits (16!)
  • 600+ views! (over 100 per update @u@ )
  • 2 Tips (This is the most shocking one, I never would have thought people would be tipping my comic at this point ;u; Need to work on a thank you of some sort haha)

  • Completed Inktober for the second consecutive year! Hit every single day!

  • Finally passed 80 followers on Instagram (made my account back in February, but been hovering around 70 for a long time xD)

  • Just this week scored my 2nd and 3rd ever commissions! (related note: @A_Toad congrats for yours as well! It's such a good feeling right? My first was just this year in April and I was like wow o_o)

I think that's about it for now, but man a lot's happened this month. Nothing to scoff at, certainly! Some things I'm looking forward to as short term future goals:

  • complete page 20 of my comic (I'm in the process of penciling 18-20 so this will happen soon
  • Complete my whole comic (at my current pace, this will be maybe around next spring, 60ish pages!)
  • Hit 25 subs (the dashboard has this as an unchecked box so... I want it xD)
  • 1,000 views (hopefully before the end of November)

Oh Rhonder reminded me I completed Inktober as well! That felt pretty satisfying tbh. Especially since I spontaneously decided to join on Oct 1.

@beta1042 I literally COULD NOT EAT any Halloween candy yesterday- I had been eating Halloween candy ALL MONTH, so yeah, I needed a day away from candy.

I reached 500 subs on Webtoon- I feel a little happy, but then I think how Webtoon has been dragging their asses about helping link up my Webtoon & Patreon accounts and I get pissy again coz if I do reach 1000 subs & over 100,000 views how the hell am I gonna get ad rev?

Got over 1300 views last month on Tapas- highest its been for me this year. My highest month so far in my webcomic posting history was over 1600 in April of last year. I hope it can continue this month as well!

All of these accomplishments are making my heart feel extra full!!!

My personal accomplishment for this evening is I've gotten my NaNoWriMo book up to 6,135 words! Yay!

I’m at 8k+ for my NaNoWriMo project.

I’m starting to take serialized my books more seriously. I think it’s a totally viable option, so I’m working on a bit of a business plan.

I’ve also got my Patreon set up! That’s kinda exciting too!
