Link to the Survey44

A short survey asking three questions, one being a test to see how well you can see and sort different hues of color. Results will be anonymously collected via google forums, with no google sign in required. Results will be posted here later as well as my findings in this correlational study. Answer if you'd like to help contribute, and thank you for your time!

Done, but how do you control the Monitor factor? Everyone will be looking at different tablets/phones/computer screens and seeing different projections as a result.

It's an extraneous variable I really have no control over, but for my research purposes, an estimate or a close score to what a true value would've been is good enough.

Fair enough - just curious. If i had done this at my work computer, I would have bombed the test because the monitor there has a bad cable and the colors are super heated as a result, so they would've blended together. Just made me wonder.

PERFECT SCORE sparkles

I had taken that test when I was a junior in college and gotten a perfect score and I was worried I would do worse this time, but looks like I still got it!

I'm not someone who normally uses a lot of color so I wasn't sure what to expect, I got 43. But I really enjoyed it and I may do it a few more times until I get a perfect score (its gonna take a while smile )

Also did it before, still a perfect score : D Phew. There is, however, another colour-matching test that is timed and I always mess it up - can't see colours under pressure it seems >_> I'll see if I can find a link.

ohh this is new to me. No, that other one had a really complicated mechanic where you had to match the inner colour circle to the outter one, matching multiple colours at once...while timed 8/ It's crazy
Found it!: http://color.method.ac/7

I got 43 :/ I guess it's not terrible. I think I would do better if it were arranging actual paint samples instead of on a computer screen. It hurts my eyes to stare at the screen as long as I was. Maybe I'll try again someday haha.

I got the same score : D and yeah, you're right, but i still get panicky. I can even see i'm selecting the wrong colours, but I just don't have the speed or dexterity to fix that :V Oh boy.

I got a 20, but I'm kind of happy with that, seeing as my monitor isn't exactly perfectly calibrated. Looks like I have the most problems right in the middle of the scales.

I got 0! star2 Now anyone can't argue with me if I say a shirt is dark blue not black heh.
