Here's my first try at digital art with nothing but finger.
And here is another with a more steady and experienced finger. Im gonna try to incorporate these new methods into my future chapter entries.
Oh right, here's the link:
I can see on how you have improved! The shading on the new one looks much more better, existent and noticeable.
I love seeing the progress you've made! Outstanding!
This is the UGLIEST page from the Prologue portion of my comic. It was just so poorly put together
And one year later (almost to the day) this is what things are starting to look like!
We all start somewhere!
@TheFalseVyperYour artstyle is so good! I can see the improvement as well! The "ugliest" page of yours is still really good!
cracks knuckles i love these threads
one of my earliest pages:
a page in the same setting from my latest chapter:
I made an improvement meme recently!
First page of True Power from 2007:
One of the latest page of the sequel from 2018:
Thank you for making the forum thread. The 1st image is of the 1st page of my web comic. The 2nd image is of a page that I haven't uploaded to my web comic, yet. 1
Now that's something I can get into... It's been a world of difference.
one of the first pages
One of the last
Here is what my comic would have looked like if I had gone straight into doing one and hadn't taken a year to improve...
And here I am today with a page I did a month ago...
I figured I'd use pages that are from the same setting so here's two different Death's Door scenes
From chapter 1:
From current chapter (ch 3):
Improvement and a half I'll say, in the last year.
Here is mine, the first is from my first take on my comic:
and now here is my current version of my comic:
My art was so bad when I first started (and my formatting wasn't that great either) this was in 2014 with my first hand trying comic/manga art
now this is my art around 4 years later 2018
It's a huge improvement in quality. But now I cringe and want to delete all of my old stuff XD TwT
Patterns in Snow I started in 2016
JUNE, panels in most recent publiehed pages (I switched to longformat, that´s difficult to fully display in the forums ;D)
so yeah, still lot´s to do!
2014 vs 2018
2007 vs 2018
i believe nothing changed o-o
I started my comic in July this year but I can already see huge improvements. Doing the same thing all the time really does things to you. (August 24 vs. September 26)
These are practically a year apart - give or take a day
I think learning how to draw and color digitally has been my biggest improvement
oh man, prepare yourselves!!!both are traditionally drawn
Chapter 1:
Chapter 15
Your "2017" style is so nice! I'm in love with it :3
