This is the topic where you're suggesting a series of webcomics that you can't find on Tapastic, but only outside of it.
So, here's my (first) suggestion.
Fizz Reply (by I. Rosalia C.) on deviantART
It's about a boy who looks by a ordinary human being at first, but who's actually a strange, dangerous creature who shares some of his parts from different animals (bat wings, lion tail and ears). When him and his multiples siblings have to live among humans, he befriends another boy named Den who's known as a scaredy cat. It's the beginning of a great friendship where differences don't exist.
The story may seems pretty ordinary despite having... monsters and stuff like that. But then it progressively builds up with epic fights, cool fantasy elements and subplots.
I really like the characters, especially Fizz himself, sarcastic, sneaky, at times menacing but far to be unlikeable. He actually ends up to learn about the meaning of friendship and other importants things. His siblings are also great, each of them have a distinctive personality, from the calm and sociable Wik to the music-loving Frey passing by the utterly crazy Merc.
Another thing I really like is the art style. The anime inspiration is indeed strong. Not only the character design is nice-looking but the expressions are just hilarious. Speaking of expressions, this comic is full of funny moments, all of them usually centered around Fizz and his siblings.
The only flaw I can notice is the clusmy dialogues, but it's because of the translation from Italian to English. So, forgive it.
Bottom line, I greatly recommend this comic. You won't regret it.
And you, what comic outside of Tapastic do you suggest ?
