Do it!!
I somehow always seem to get attracted to guys who end up being russian and that's like whut. Nothing wrong with russian guys but still
Don't have a real crush, nowadays, since I'm engaged, but I still like to look!
When I was in high school, I liked lanky, geeky-but-cool, sometimes stoner types.
Now I'm partial to guys with some meat on their bones and facial hair. Though on occasion I'll notice people who don't follow those parameters (females included) and I gush over how beautiful they are. There was this bag boy the other day and he had the most gorgeous face with the perfect eyebrows, a little short for me but whatevs.
Actually I have a friend of sorts and I think she's suuuper pretty and cute. (- w - )
any one who's remotely nice to me
looks at cashier at local art store, dreamy sigh
I just like anyone who's remotely attractive but I can never really pin down what I particularly find attractive in real people. I just appreciate how people look.
fictional character wise, my type is easily summarized by both Beowulf from Skullgirls and Odin Arrow from Ava's Demon. I am head over heels for those two.
I've had a list of crushes since kindergarten. All of them were of the shy, soft-spoken types. Not all of them were really exceptionally attractive physically, but it seems that I simply like gentle, conscientious people. Of course, I never really conveyed my feelings to them. Or probably they were just oblivious.
The irony of it is that I didn't have a crush on the one that ended up being my girlfriend. I . . . was the one who got pursued, so to speak. Haha. But I digress.
So . . . yeah. That. I don't have a crush right now. I'm presently more invested in making comics and keeping my grades afloat. xD
I don't have a crush but I remember in elementary school I accidentally broke someone's heart.
Basically I had always thought that clementines as oranges. Had no idea that they weren't called oranges. So one year on valentine's day I found a clementine on my desk and written on it was " Be my clementine?". I remember looking to my guy friends and being like "that's stupid. It's spelled valentine" then proceeded to give the clementine to someone else because 'I don't want an orange'.
Looking back I feel kinda bad because the guy friend who was with me when I said that avoided me for a week :/ and I only realized years later (while eating an orange) that he was confessing his crush to me with a fruit pun...
I'm still really bad at picking up on romantic queues lol
I haven't had a crush in three years. Idk something happened and i kinda just turned off and can't seem to have crushes. Especially since before then i had tons of crushes.
I liked people who were nice to be. And i was super attracted to boys taller than me (I'm 6') so my standars weren't too high. Now i like nice smiles and built like a lumberjack.
(I don't have a preference for girls. If they smile and are nice I'll be attracted to them)

This is what my lovelife is.
So this made me think about crush characteristics which for me is facial hair, dark hair, and light eyes. I put my boyfriend (my "crush") in a lot of my comics and I JUST realized I don't draw his beard.
Yes my art style does not fit how i look at all. In person i get alot of double takes between my art and I. XD
And I'm pretty sure me being so tall is a core reason i draw such small girls. Since i always wish i was shorter (and small and cute and can kick your but is one of my favorite tropes) Also half of them as under 16 lol
But yeah i am tall!
Well I have a huge crush on my boyfriend haha. He's an english professor and is super smart and also very sweet and handsome in my opinion. We talk constantly and about everything.
As for more shallow crushes, I always end up getting crushes on baristas/waitresses in places I frequent! I think if the only time I see someone is when they're handing me food and coffee I just instantly think they're the best person in the world and also super cute
Well, I had a crush in my freshman and sophomore year of high school with a girl with was quite reserved and she was an art major just like me. I had trouble approaching her then my brother's friend managed to get her number for me. Since her parents were overprotective at the time she gave me her email address. We talked briefly and then one day she left my school to get home schooled.
This was devastating but, we talked for a little bit but, after awhile she stopped emailing me. The remaining years of my high school career were very lonely and I felt so alone.
In Janauary of this year after 11 years of not speaking with one another I was able to find her on Facebook and we started to talk again. Alot has happened for the both of us and we faced similar situations after she left the high school I attended. Plus she has alot of things in common with me minus what we draw.
Since we started talking I started to feel more emotions towards her and I appreciate the fact she tries her best to stay in touch with me because she takes on alot of commission work.
