Tapas Writers Camp Contest!

Can you be a bit more specific about this? Right now my account is shared with an artist because we're posting a comic together. If I plan on entering the contest and she isn't, should I be creating a separate account if I don't want it to count against me, or is it only if two authors are sharing?

I already have a story up on Tapas that has been published for a month or so. Can I use that if I am planning on continuing or do I need to write a new one??

I'm not part of the staff, but the rules said it has to be totally new, unpublished content so I'd say it'd probs have to be totally new

@Croik I mean more specifically an account that two writers are sharing. If an author and artist are sharing an account, things are a little bit more clearly delineated in terms of who is sending in the submission.

The story you submit must not have been published elsewhere previously. In other words, it should be a new, previously unpublished work.

I have a question, although it might be a little dumb. Should we email a link to our story right away, or should we email after we've already met the ten episode/500 words requirements?

You can do either! I do recommend sending in your submission as soon as you post, though, because that way we'll be able to add it to the First Writers Camp collection and get your story a little more exposure earlier on.

I had a quick question before posting my story here. If I change my title and link should I send a new email to the Tapas Staff or should I leave the link the same and just change the title?

Personally I would hold off on sending them the email if you know you're going to change your title and link after you post the story.
