You're welcome. But seriously, that lady has an awesome story and deserves more attention.
Check out Jamie Primack and her series "Binary Stars".
I discovered a year ago after watching a trailer of a spanish game, "Spacelords, and really liked the song. I found a comment with it's title, listened to it, and asked my guitar teacher to help me play and sing it. It's a shame that the guy died, and I too discovered after his dead, as well as D…
I consider mine original and different, so you can take a look, although I'm still editing the chapters I've made. It's a rock and heavy metal inspired fantasy epic that can be vaguely described as Lord of the Rings + Harry Potter + Rock and Metal and with instruments instead of wands and staffs. …
They're pretty nice, thanks for the recmemdation. I'll have tiempo check some more of their songs.
Well, the universe can be seen as the way the atoms achieve a higher stability, so that event you're talking about would be another mean to achieve that goal. That would mean that what came before the Big Bang would be extremely unstable. If course this only works considering the atoms and particl…
Kinda late, but it still counts! The novel is currently being reworked, so the quality changes after the fifth chapter and it's currently on hold until I catch up.
Of course, I'm not saying that we should just ignore it, but to not obsess with it, especially when we need to make more advances first.
I'd like to share some thoughts I had before and see other people's opinions. I was doing my stuff and I started to think about the Big Bang and the usual representations of it when I start questioning myself what was before, be it an older universe that died, complete blackness or both. Following t…
Personally, I would recommend "Sunstone", which has been published and you can read for free at Stephan Sejic's Deviantart, where he uses the name Shiniez.
I've heard Sabaton and Twilight of the Thunder God it's great for the story.
Black Sabbath has to appear at some point, since they were the creators of Heavy Metal, and they even had Dio in their second iteration. And Mastodon, wow, they're pretty hard, and I've seen some of their amazing covers before, even taken some pictures of them for inspiration in creating the book's …
There's one trick I discovered, which consist in staying in the first page of recently uploaded as long as you can to gain more visibility. Of course you first need to do a lot of chapters first as well as keeping a regular update, and when you've had enough post them when you've already avandoned t…
That's why it actually reveals a lot. It seems very simple, but a lot of movies and books, even great ones, fail it. For example, three books of The Lord of the Rings don't pass it.
Don't worry, just do whatever you find better.
"Last Ride of The Day" is pretty good, but not very apt for the fourth chapter, although I think I can use it for the sequel I'm thinking since the second major narrative arc is a bit darker and more Judas Priest-esque.
I'm currently reworking all the chapters, so you could start with the first 4 ones, which are already updated, and then whichever you want.
Guess I'll share mine, although I already know a good amount of errors, like with punctuation, character development and that it's probably a bit rushed. Either way, I'm waiting for your answer and I hope you like it.
Not a big fan, but it could come handy at some moment. Thanks!
Thanks! I guess Gates of Babylon would work pretty well with the chapter, since Mercuria is literally being taken away by a demon.
It's good, but no exactly what I'm looking for. If you like these kinds of songs you should check Miracle of Sound, who makes a lot of movie and game inspired music. Either way, thanks for the help.
I'm sure this one's the best:
I was thinking about original pieces and covers, bbut if you want share them, they might be helpful.
Hello there. I have a novel around the concept of a world based in the things that appear in tock and heavy metal's songs (demons, Norse mythology, monsters, legends, etc...) and I'm currently reworking for a better end result. I accompany each chapter of a song, usually something related to the cha…
Yeah, it's a mess, but I think they talked about it in the second volume.
I actually liked it a lot, as well as Kamala's other comics. The thing there is that some people have the inhuman gene, which causes them to gain abilities when in contact with the mist and get enveloped in a cocoon. The mist was created when the inhumans' king blew up the city and the cristals that…
Dude, you just broke the first rule. You never talk about Fight Club. Ok, jokes aside, I hope this turns out well and you manage to make the webcomic.
With all your comments on mine, I should give you at least a few for the Writer's Camp.
Can someone tell me how to post GIFs? The image above is one, but it turned into a simple image.
[image] I thought the thread was completely dead.
