I got a good memory hook for the infraspinatus which makes me never forget it.

Indra loves spinach with scampi and hummus

The infraspinatus is halve a pack of frozen spinach connected to the scapula and
humerus.

Haha thanks! I did check out the cognitive drawing too, thanks for the tip - perhaps not for anatomy since I've got the course going for that but could absolutely stand to do something like visual memory training. I'm next to useless without a reference in front of me :sweat_02:.

Great work on the joints!! I love seeing your organized approach and it's been a fantastic review  appreciating all those labels!

I´m on day 17 now with the coginitive drawing and I like it but I wouldn´t recommend it when you already
study with Proko and especially not considering your level. It´s maybe good for someone who just starts
drawing and doesn´t know the human body at all like me 7 years ago.
The concept is cool though and it gives me something to do which is cool too

I don't know if I believe there's a point where it isn't useful to practice fundamental skills (should qualify that with if your goal is drawing realistic figures more accurately) but for sure 2 anatomy courses at once would be pretty overwhelming!! Just one is a lot. Hope you're enjoying the Proko stuff so far - I think it's so amazing how much in-depth content he's got that's free (maybe not my most charming trait but I have a hard time justifying spending money on art education). I had the same experience as you mentioned where having a grasp on what's under the skin is helpful towards drawing :).

Hands parts 3, I will never draw hands like that in any comic but I will try to do the Proko assignments
and hope it helps me to understand and draw hands better.
The part that I take from this lesson is to draw the palm with 2 parts, it´s easier for me to think of the
palm consisting of 2 parts instead of one blocky part.
On monday I´ll continue with leg bones

Not a sketch but I just checked my emails and I won the comic contest that I took part in
The comic gets printed in october

I'll give it a shot.

I'm not great with drawing women so I've been working more on feminine figures and this was my practice last night. I'm trying to come up with some interesting designs for a certain character type.

Hands look good. I love Proko, his stuff is insanely helpful and I always direct any new or old artists to it for learning.

DESS: Say Colorado!
KRIS: I'M A GIRAFFE!
Practicing with a new painting software. Also, the color layer on this new drawing I'm working on is LIT (get it?)

Ok, I'm cheating but these aren't sketches, they are the latest stickers I made but I like how they came out.

To commemorate Hocus Pocus 2.
