Well, this is the nature of the sketch - it's a practice for something, so why not  it looks great! IMO half of the work for the profile being done is putting the ear in the more or less right spot, then you can work from it

Oh, I love it! This shading is absolutely amazing

I am thoroughly enjoying my January obsession with Gil xD I've been waiting for it, 12 years in Azkaban lol

Happy New Year everyone!!! Hope it's off to a great start and folks got a chance to party and/or relax as preferred :hype_01:.

Stealing a few hours to do some art (mostly to work on my very belated Christmas print lol) while new windows are going in. House renovation/reorganization finally almost done so I'd say back to normal soon but we're expecting a baby to make his appearance 2 months from today so who knows what normal will be anymore :sweat_02:.

Miss you guys a lot - I'm really looking forward to when I can cozy back into my workstation and catch up on everything here!!

OMG MEG :two_hearts: missing you and seeing your art so much :coffee_love:

:cry_01::coffee_love: awww that means the world. It was so sad to open this year's folder and only 3 sketches (since end of November) but I'll be back :triumph:! And maybe with a clearer head once the house isn't a wreck, who knows :).

Beholdy my robot designing skills! This is not a final design, rather a prototype or maybe a concept art. I can't spoil much, but let's say Synastry is a world where robots are very common and Mistral over here has an important role in the story of my comic.

@jessijokes thanks so much 🤭
I really enjoy your shading technique, you're doing such a great job with volume! This hair of her looking especially nice.

@LCT_m_a_d wow, it really is different! I do like the different though, it suits your style! Happy to see your art here again

@Lunar-Turtle it looks like a very good boy

Boiiiiiii

The one thing I am never tired of is scared Gil lol

scared Gil is best Gil...
Unfortunately for Gil. Really nice work on the eye sockets.

And thanks, I feel like this is a more fundamental approach for composing more immersive panels.

arh, thats about the time my neighbours came back to silence their mad dog after 10 hours or more. Im with you on that.

So, I knew that CSP had an animation feature, but I never tried it before... until now!
Behold this cute hand bouncing a ball.

Have anyone tried something? I want to do something like some character dancing, like Stars Align ending, but then I tried this and I was like -I don't gonna finish never doing 3 minutes of song!!! In the other hand, this wasn't THAT difficult either. It needs more work in the bouncing, but I just need more practice for that. Neither I want it to be a more smoth animation. This is stresful enough.

Thoughts???
