Story idea:
"Hamsters of War: I guess this is my life now"

A war story from the perspective of Tom Tom, as he's forced into the Ant war. As he survives the front lines, he witnesses the horrors of war

Thank God I've found my banner for my comic, which I've made 4 years ago! I though I deleted it because this is a perfect banner but luckily it was in an old post. I just need to do more correction in this and do coloring and it'll be done.

Sketched out the Countdown to Extinction cover in my watercolor paper. I don’t know what I was planning to do with it so I thought I’d take the opportunity to watercolor it in.

Here is what I sketched from memory on the train ride to little tokyo and back

Kaijune Day 30: Cocoon

Well, that's a wrap on Kaijune. Thanks for all the kind words. The supportive energy and creativity in this thread is really phenomenal. If not for this thread, I certainly wouldn't be checking the Tapas forums on a regular basis.

@MerrowBros congrats on wrapping the Kaijune! Killer work :fire: prompt challenges like that may be so damn hard to keep up with :werebork:

60 seconds warm up sketches.
I will start a new theory + practice schedule on monday

A respite from Life is Strange.
Gladio, from Pokemon Sun/Moon. Really liked the designs from this gen!

Mucking about with villain designs and a few other things.

Sunday morning 3 minutes sketches

  • some muscle skeleton stuff

and some 5 minute portrait sketches, I ran out of energy and couldn´t focus anymore and
messed up. Time to do some fun sketching

@Aleksei man your stuff really elevated recently! Great work! Gotta love the characters in cool poses :sunglasses:

@Lensing I really enjoy your anatomy sketches, they are just too cool  looking like they belong to be pinned on an inspiration board.

Thanks a lot, this makes me remember that I literally knew nothing about anatomy 8 years ago.
I don´t know how I could go through my life for such a long time without knowing my own body
This is maybe a normal feeling for artists and maybe people who are not interested in biology, anatomy and
art just never think about their own body?

Thank you very much!
I have not read tutorials/books for nothing! I try to understand and apply them too xD

Color/value is still my wekest link so far, but at least I know where to aim my learning process.
