ooh yess, looking niiice! i just started watching this today, been meaning to watch it forever and it didnt dissapoint :sparkles: :hype_01:

Thank you! But those hands you drew look amazing! You have such a nice style, very expressive.

Hi people!
I have to announce that I have finished that NSFW project, but I can't show it anywhere T_T
First because I am still waiting for the writer permission to show, and second because I don't know Is there a site that allow NSFW works without much drama.

In the meantime, I gonna try to practice more things? I am trying to learn faces in comic gringo style, and its so hard. I always end up doing a more manga stylized faces I don't know why. I need a tutorial. Anyway, here its a page re-do, to practice. The page its from Young All-Stars v1 #1, page 22 (1987). Gonna try more pages because its fun to try to modernize the whole thing, and also I can practice faces, because when I try in a sheet alone always looks cheap. When I try a page it has more gravitas, or something.

I have officially become stuck on what to do next since I need to draw hands and legs. And a cat. Idk what to do - two of my parents kittens as reference of what I want to do.

Break it down into super simple shapes! Like, tubes and circles. You can refine from there.

My grandpa is going into surgery on Friday for a tumor they found. So I wanted to draw him something. This is from my childhood memory, still a WIP.

@rumpenstiltzkin what a great time to start with the new episodes coming out! I love it kinda the right combination of weird and exciting :hohoho:. Having somewhat mixed feelings about the animation changes on the latest season but at the end of the day a big Mappa fan. Hope you keep enjoying it!!

@vapidink :blusht: thank you!

I´m trying to learn the Riley method.
I broke down the front view in 19 steps and
memorised them by tracing and then eyeballing them.
It took me 2 days to learn the system, this is just the theory
I hope I can use that for figure drawing.

I´m going to a life drawing session in january, 4 models
2x8 hours

And a quick fun sketch of one of my characters, I will continue
with learning the Riley side view now

I'm very behind on the next page, it's been a busy week

Now playing a game of how much can I make this eagle do with Jed's hair before he throws it off.

Latest sketch was inspired by chapter 8 of my webnovel, NULLED, it focuses on Landis and the neighbors cat, Beau getting friendly lol

Check out "Chapter 8 - Playground " from Nulled of Color and Sound on Tapas: https://tapas.io/episode/2941532

@Lensing @DanielRKM thank you! I finished it up and sent it to him today. I don't think my family super understands my art (I think with the exception of my cousin they're pretty stuck on realistic art or textile work) but I think he appreciated the thought behind it.

Riley method side view. I will do the back view tomorrow and then I will start repeating
all 3 views. I feel like this is very helpful for figure drawing, I had a lot of "yeah that´s it"
moments while practicing the rhythm lines

  • some sketches. I need one rich, old guy for a story I´m writing right now, I will probably
use the one on the left but I´ll do some more sketches before I´ll draw the comic
