The "Sketch the Character Above You" Game!

I used to play this game on other art sites, and I think it'd be fun to play over here. This game works similar to the "One Compliment. One Critique Game" thread, if you're familiar.

Basically how it goes is you draw the character the person before posted, then post a reference of a character you'd like drawn. These sketches don't have to be museum material, but please don't half-ass it.

Make sure to claim the character above you while you're doing the sketch so that no two people draw the same character and the system doesn't get screwed up! You're free to post in this thread as much as you like, as long as you have finished all the sketches you agreed to do before posting again.

I'll post a character to get us started. This is one of the protagonists from my upcoming comic CRUSADE, Nico Ferne.

Here's a sketch of Niko! Sorry if I got a few things wrong. I couldn't quite make out if his jacket was two or three pieces, and I just sorta guessed with the back of the hair. XD

EDIT: VOILA. I feel so honored to have sketched the birb dad. (I also did not realize until I drew this how horribly out of practice I am with wings! That must be remedied! I must draw all the birds!)
