I come up with lists. Like I list random things or things that I like.
Drawing helps a lot, as well as writing really bad songs and listening to music. (I like Violent Femmes)
I have a bunch of matchbox cars. I carry one in my pocket and depending what mood I am in, I carry a specific colored car (red car for anger, yellow car for happiness, etc). When I'm feeling stressed, I like to run my fingers on the wheels or rub the car up and down on my body.
taking breaks also works (but sometimes I procrastinate) and going on discord and talking to my peeps helps (also more procrastination).
Or I just breathe, relax, and get back to work because I am ushually stressed out about not getting work done because I procrastinate a lot.
