Anything with hard, clean lines that have to be perfect or they look wrong. This is nearly always modern items: cars, technology, guns, etc.

Ironically, I'm fine with (and even enjoy) a lot of things that other people hate drawing, like hands and feet, hair, fabric folds, and backgrounds. But I hate machines, guns, and a bunch of other modern stuff.

So of course I'm drawing a pre-modern fantasy setting, where the worst thing I'll have to draw on the regular is horses.

yeah sometimes you just gotta attempt the thing and most of the time it turns out ok!! Especially if you do it over and over lol

Right now I'm gonna have to say buildings. They have to be right or they can make your page look like an amateur attempt.

Anything that requires patience.

  • detailed backgrounds
  • sketches that turned out poorly and need a lot of work
  • crowds
  • characters interacting/overlapping (hugs, holding a kid, etc.)

Furniture. Hands down, everything I draw makes Stardew valley grandpa’s bed look amazing

Drawing buildings and interiors kill me. Drawing folds are just annoying too because my brain can't comprehend them. Line-art hurts a lot but some reason my art is known for the line-art and coloring so I do it even though it hurts lol.

Nose and ears. That's kinda how I came up with the main character of one of my books "Twig."

I hate drawing hands, I would be so happy if everybody had Powerpuff girls sausage hands instead

Trees.
OTL I love trees, but I hate drawing them. There's something about their organic shape and chaotic design, that I can't draw for the life of me.

Crowd scenes and people in distance.

It's so hard to apply details on them and they feel not solid enough when applying shades and effects. Many times, they look like chess pawns from a distance, it's annoying.
