What If You Were Reincarnated into Your Novel/Comic? :european_castle:

We all know that reincarnation or isekai stories are really popular but what if you were reincarnated into the novel/comic you are writing/drawing? It could be as one of the main characters, the antagonist or an extra.

For me, I'd be a random supporting character as it's a BL novel as the two female characters don't have an easy life being in a relationship with the MCs. I'd spill everyone's secret right at the start to avoid all the drama later on. Think the MC status of Ryvan and Taren will protect them from being murdered/committing suicide when they and the others find out the truth.

My story's still in its first arc, so if I were reincarnated somewhere around the beginning of the story...I'd honestly wanna just ride out the story and stick to my role for a bit.

This is so fun because it just so happened that the end of my creator's note in my webtoons where I mirror my tapas work, there's a 'mini theater' where I present my commentary and partial story hints and 'interact' with my character: Valentin who just happened to be a neutral dude who appears at the beginning of my webtoon XD
just like you, my work is also BL so I'll reincarnate as a member of that rouge group(valentin's group) who seems to cause an uproar on the prologue because they're basically the one who sold the MC in the auction (even though they did it to help Siran get away from a certain bad guy) plus all the members are good looking and the leader is hot lol hanging out with that rouge group who may secretly helps the MC and ML on the side, watching the drama unfold and a good angsty BL show of the leader and his beloved subordinate? why not? I will gladly watch the show with popcorn in hand and provide hints on a whim to support all my couples~

If something like that happened to me then, I would better die since I won't be able to take all the pain and darkness I have prepared for my mc in the story. (Other characters can work maybe)

I wouldn't mind reincarnating as my "villainess" Carla and becoming the overlord of the multiverse!
Just hope that some of her intelligence remains or I'd be in serious trouble haha

I'll totally be my MCs subordinate or something. The adventures of my main crew are long and way too wacky to miss for me, and the guy at least looks after his own people. Even if I will be used like a tool, I won't be thrown away.

Aw hell, that's a hard one, people in my novel don't exactly have the best of times I don't think I'd want to be a named character, I know exactly what happens to them lol... Perhaps some unnamed extra that survives but still manages to get swept along with the plot?

I would regret everything. Below is what my thought process would be after realizing what happened:

@#$%!! Why did I make this place so unbearably sucky?! Everything smells bad, everything is in ruins, there's no people AH! THIS IS TERRIBLE! Oh, wait, are those my characters over there? I HAVE TO HIDE!!!! They can't know I'm the one who stuck them in this permanent darkest hour and gave them all so many hang-ups! Why did I build this crap-sack world? Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

at first I would be a bit scared because it would mean i'm dead hahahaha but later I would be like: let's goooooooooo fancy places, tasty food, pretty demon boys (and people in general)... it would be dreamy tbh (if I'm not being tortured there, it would be another story )

Ooh boy I would be a supporting character to a supporting character for sure. I wouldn't be involved in the plot but damn, it'll be fun to watch the drama unfold in the small town. I'm pretty sure I would speculate about the murders with friends and toss around theories about who could have done it. Maybe snoop around a little physically and on the creepy chat server.

I’d probably wind up some random extra. As long as I avoid the chaos around the main crew I should be ok. At least even if it’s in a backwater star system, I’d still be in space!

My work takes place in the WORLD OF THE OTHERS. The world beyond death at the footsteps of heaven and hell. It's a very black and white world, governed by the DIVINE AUTHORITY and HELL'S HEADQUARTERS.

If I was reincarnated there, it would be a mindbender because humans don't exist there unless there are EMPLOYED BY THE DEVIL.

Ah, screw it. I'm going for it.

I'd be a buff, white-haired, purple-eyed half-demon/half-angel with black feathered wings, gold horns, magical powers over light and shadows, the ability to communicate with animals, a pet dragon, a flaming sword AND trident, and I'd wind up in a polyamorous relationship with my main characters.

Would I have been a terrible character? Yes, I would, but it would have been fun to write!

Well, if I got reincarnated into my story, I'd hope to be born after the events of my story because being born before then would just be hell regardless of who I came back as lol. Humans are always waring. Magical creatures are hunted. Then again, there are some mermaid people who kind of make it out ok. They unleash a giant sea beast that kills a bunch of people, but they don't get hurt by it... So I guess id come back as a fish person. Which is ironic because I can't swim.

My actual series that I'm currently updating is an isekai, so... I think I'd definitely take after my protag and go nuts on the concept of magic. I'd be obnoxious. Actually, I'd be unstoppable, and probably end up being cast in the role of the annoying accidental rival.
