When I get rid of work hours and time spend talking to friends to keep my sanity.
Videogames are my biggest time sink, it used to be mobas were my downfall as I couldn't escape their gravitational pull, but right now that doesn't happen as often.
I do have A LOT of games on my PC at any given point, usually I'll have a game i'll obsses over for like 3 weeks then stop playing when I bore and find another, but nowadays I can time it better and usually have straight times to do things.
I cut back on mobas (still allow myself the occasional SMITE) and only play chill games that don't drain much of my mind, these past few weeks it has been 'stardew valley' and 'desperados 3', along with the occasional genshin impact.
Albeit I also learned to pace out my writing better, fixed times has helped immensely with productivity, so nowadays I have better time management overall.
Sometimes I still get super pressured by ALL THE STUFF I'M JUGGLING AT ALL TIMES, but that is just adult life when you have to work and create.
