I have quite a lot of characters I love, let's see if I can try and name them all 
First up, I really love Amy Rose as well as Fang The Sniper (he's a classic sonic game character) from the Sonic games, as well as Blaze The Cat, Cream and Cheese, and Knuckles The Echidna. I mostly draw fan art of Amy and Fang because they're my most favorites but I can't help but love the others I mentioned as well.
I also love Axel Steel and Judy Nails from Guitar Hero, their character designs are always great in each game as well as the songs for them.
Then there's Suzie, Lancer, and Rouxls Kaard from Deltarune. I really loved the different concepts for each of the characters especially Rouxls' character! Each encounter with him just got better and better.
There's also a plethora of characters from The Legendary Starfy I really love, including the colorful and cute enemies!
I'm also a fan of the Professor Layton games as well, a lot of characters in the game are very likeable but I'd have to say I really love the main duo, I know it's as fancy as liking secondary characters but Luke and the professor will always be my top faves in the games.
I'm not usually too big on shooter games, but there's quite a bit of characters from Overwatch I really love, like Junkrat, Tracer, D.va and Winston to name a few.
I also really love The Dark Purveyors from Lollipop Chainsaw, each character had an interesting design, especially since each one was based on different music genres, plus I just really love supernatural characters. I'd definitely love to see a sequel to this game!
There's also a few characters from the Dead Rising series I really love, Like Chuck Greene, Nick Ramos, Isabella Keyes and Frank West. There's even some villains I really love, like Ted and Snowflake, Bibi Love and even the very flamboyant and very questionable Dylan Fuentes!
I don't really know if a lot of people know about this game but I really loved Zoe Taylor and the greasers from a game by Rockstar called Bully, they where quite interesting characters to me, I'd really love to see a remastered version of the game as well as a second adaptation of it as well.
And for the last game and character I can think of at the moment, is Kirby from, well, the Kirby games! He's just so freaking adorable!
