I think that's incredibly unlikely anyway unless they read the novella first, which was only available on Webtoons, Honeyfeed, and Wattpad for a while.
My plot has also evolved considerably since then. You'll meet people that claim things like "I've read so many books, I can predict the plot in every book I read." Sure, maybe if you read thrillers and suspense novels. Fiction that doesn't operate on such a clear plot operates differently.
The person until up being gloriously surprised by Games Of Thrones throwing plot twists at her that she apparently was not expecting. And she apparently was unaware of how this came across as a backhanded slight against my work.
Basically implying Game of Thrones was less predictable.
In general I don't actually think people can predict anyone's work, and usually people claim this more to prove some kind of psycho-social point.
