I think we get so caught up in what we could be doing better or what we do wrong that we don't take the time to appreciate our own work, so I'm here to encourage folks to stop being hard on themselves

Share a snippet of a comic or an illustration and compliment yourself!

I think one thing I really like about my work is how I utilize the panels to do cool 3D effects! It's been done before, but I feel like seeing my characters pop out of the box really makes me go Woah!

The fact I write it because there's only one of me as far as I know (At least none of my clones have been found. I implore you to contact me if you ever find one)

I like to think that my coloring and shading is pretty distinctive. I think the thicker line-art paired with more realistic forms is fairly unique. I'd say that's its ok to have a pretty indistinct style if you enjoy doing what you're doing.

With my Comic Infinite Strike it that looks like you are watching an anime from the early 2000s (At least, this is what I've been told by my subscribers, lol) Which makes sense I grew up watching anime like Inuyasha, Naruto, and Yugioh.

Currently updated My webcomic Infinite Strike
Please go check it out if you are interested in a story of Manipulation and devotion
Genre: Romance, action, Fanrtasy, Drama. (among others to be honest, lol )
I tend to subscribe to those who follow me, I like to get to know my subscribers and give the same support that they are willing to give to me.

According to someone on another site, the prose style.

Time was of the essence. There was no room for distractions, not even--Oooh, was that a replica of the spaceport? His little brother would’ve loved to see something like that! It would only take a second to text him a picture of it--No. Now wasn’t the time for that! He had a mission, and nothing could get in his way. He passed by souvenir shops with cute t-shirts that he’d love to get his hands on. Now wasn’t the time for that. The fresh smell of cheesy pizza pursued him as he remembered he hadn’t eaten since the early morning. Now wasn’t the time for that, either. Somebody called the name Léonardo Summers in the background. Now wasn’t the time for--

Wait.

That was his name.

I think my art's pretty unique too.

The general vibe of the story is not something I've often seen. It makes finding comparisons a little tough, though a few that I've settled on are Bugsnax and All Saints' Street. Someone recently mentioned similarities to Steven Universe, which might actually be the closest in terms of comparison. Though that show can be divisive, so I don't know how good of an idea it would be to advertise it as being similar.

My work being a 'comic implementation of a JRPG' makes it quite unique. I believe that the combination of the theme it deals with (the negative impact of social media and smartphones on society) and the setting (a typical JRPG world) is quite unique as well.

Also, the images are not images but CSS box shadows and it's a language learning tool (the vocab is limited to easy words/grammar).

When I was younger I really wanted to be / do something unique. My work is unique by many aspects but somehow it just happened. I do not make it to be unique.

Also it turns out it's a bit of a curse : since it's in Japanese, I can't share it with my friends. It does not really belong to any category. I can't discuss about it with other creators using the same tooling/techniques since I am the only one doing this.

This is a really cool concept!! I regret not being able to understand more on this page, but this is so cool. Do you normally post it anywhere?
