Just having my fans interact with me on my comic's discord channel makes me feel happy. Oh and all the entries into my fan art contest so far have put me over the moon.

Jumping onto Charlotte's comment here, Charlotte recommended me for community picks and I made it in to the feature last week.

I was so surprised that somebody appreciated my comic enough to nominate me. It gave me a big confidence boost, as my series wasn't gaining any momentum at the time. It's the first time that my artwork was featured on the front page of any website I've used and it feels great that there are people who find my work entertaining.

I am having a happy freak-out right now!!!!

Today, I got a new reader and after binging my series, they DREW FAN ART OF MY COMIC!!!!!! I've never had fan art before. I am so happy and in love. Here's their version of my MC, Meg:

Mine wasn't on here but at a convention a few years ago. I use to be a fairly well known Dragonball Z author in the fanfic community and I had someone actually track me down at the artist Alley to tell me how much they loved the climax I posted the week before. they saw in my profile I was in the same province and saw I was going to the same con and with my profile picture found me. not terribly creepy just a happy happenstance We still talk sometimes
