As the title says, this thread will be updated daily with 'would you rather' questions. Pick this or that and if you want, explain why. I will try my best to assign categories to each prompt.
Let's get straight into the video...thread.

If I am an undefeated warrior I can easily claim the throne from the current king/queen :smug_01:

Ah, that's an interesting thought. What would happen if you were not defeated until you met a secret weapon? Maybe if you're unbeatable...then yeah it works. :joy:

I love doing these because there are always loopholes in these types of situations. Then, there are also other interesting counters to those loopholes. They're very entertaining.

An undefeated warrior. Being a powerful king or queen puts a price on your head and I can imagine a bunch of people would like your throne.

But as an undefeated warrior, I'm thus far undefeated; so I imagine I'd be pretty fit too, which would be nice.

2.

I don’t think people understand the amount of pressure and responsibilities you have running a county, I get stressed out enough just being a manager of a lab. I don’t wanna be responsible for thousands of people

Besides I enjoy the idea of being a monk like person who cannot be beat but also never fights anyone XD as I super avoid physical fights

True, but from what I've read in multiple books you'd also be hunted for duels and because you are too powerful. That'll be fun, constantly fighting knowing victory is 99%.

Very true, I already get random headaches without a job. Imagine having to fix more than one's own problems...and the catch is if they make one wrong move, the nation follows. Pleasing so many people would be too difficult and dealing with noblemen who might want the throne?
I think I'll end up becoming an insane tyrant whose death is reasonable.
Then, there are puppet kings. Being controlled is not nice so a free warrior it is!

Ah, I have watched an Asian drama where one traveling monk cannot be defeated but he never kills since killing isn't really what they promote. I think he pretends to be injured during physical fights so others would think he's a wannabe protector of the weak. So, he could have been the best warrior of the nation, but he let someone else carry the target.
Being a warrior of the mind is also something to consider. If I can always beat my opponents before we get physical, that'll be great.

Undefeated warrior because then I could just go around as a body guard for hire and then make all the gold ( or whatever the currency would be) but mainly because then I could get like a cool side name that people know me as like the, unkillable or something along those lines

I shall be a King. (It's only fitting since my IRL middle name is King xD)

My personal guards would all be undefeated warriors who I would treat so well that they'd have no choice but to love me. But the rest of the kingdom better be prepared to suffer. I will not be merciful or forgiving to those who dissent my rule.

A powerful queen. It's a start, not a stationary role. Probably wouldn't be an undefeated warrior for long, probably dead; as a queen I could land a nice role as the cool mission control that orders the heroes to explore cool places and defeat the evil oppressing empire. I could also BE the empire but uh I'll pass.

@ThreeeTreees ooooh the gold! Everyone loves to make money doing what comes easiest to them. A name would be cool too. Many books and shows have such badass names for champions.

@dragonsparking Wow, that's so cool! (And here I am with no middle name lol)
Huh, having your subordinates love you is a safe move. As long as you're not a tyrant or lazy king, your people would probably not rebel. Even if they do, your warriors would protect you until you don't have subjects left. XP

@Iris-Grimoire cool! There's never anything wrong with sending people off and ordering them around. Also, I guess being a ruler wouldn't be physically gruelling. Just have to ensure your mind stays stable throughout your rule. Being the empire would be interesting :joy:

I'll pick the one that you decide has a better romance life and loved.
if both got bad romance life, I'll go for undefeated warrior, because at least, I'm undefeated.

Hmmm I think both have pretty had romance lives if we're talking about the realest lives for them. In novels, both can have pretty passionate love lives. It all depends on what you would consider a desirable romance life too and the conditions around the monarch/warrior.
Cool. I wonder if the warrior option is more attractive because of the 'undefeated' part.

I think so, since being undefeated gives you confidence, nothing to worry, while being a powerful monarch, you'll have much to worry, your throne, your allies, your enemies, your family, your people, etc.

Be an undefeated warrior, so i can hold weapons with little to no consequences.

Powerful King.
I'll have all the unbeatable warriors fighting for me.
Probably was how I got to be so powerful. lol

Undefeatable warrior no doubt, i don't like relying on others which i'll definitely have to do if i were a ruler.

Weeeeeell seeing as how the queens, princes, princesses, etc. in my comic tend to have some real f:cat:cked up experiences, I'm gonna have to with undefeated warrior. Writing for the characters has left an undesirable mark on how I view these positions lmao

Besides, how cool would being a warrior be? I think being a ruler would quickly get boring and stressful.

Undefeated warrior.

Sorry, I don't make a very good leader. Also, I get to have a cool sword if I'm a warrior.... so.
