Mine are;

From Tove Jansson's The Summer Book (There are a lot of really sweet things in this book. It's just generally very sweet. Highly recommend it)

From Herman Hesse's Demian (Everyone always quotes the abraxas & bird metaphors, but this was the thing that I liked the most about the book. Also in the end there is a line about death I really liked, but I can't find it online & I lent my book to some hoe who never returned it like 10 years ago )
