If you use Sai for the drawing itself, and then Photoshop or another editor of your choice, I doubt that you'll need anything else. I tended to add colour with Photoshop, but I've recently tried doing it in Sai and I like the results.
I'm reading Clash of Kings by George R.R. Martin. Reading A song of fire and ice wasn't one of my top priorities, but I came across an extremely cheap English edition of the first two books, and I couldn't resist.
Yes there is! Go to your dashboard, edit an episode and you'll see an option called "Add translation".
I'm accustomed to sketching in Paint Tool Sai or Photoshop, depending on what stage of the page I'm in. It's a matter of practice: I found it extremely awkward when I started.
Totally Jurassic World. I haven't seen it yet, mind you, but I wouldn't doubt if I were given the choice. Even if I end up not liking it, it looks like one of those films which look a lot cooler when seen in a theater. I've never been a fan of those yellow things either.
Ah, vale Es que se me hacía raro.
I personally use Photoshop for the panel layout and text, and Sai for virtually everything else.
¿30 euros por 300, y luego 20 euros por 20?
My comic Hearts is in Spanish. I upload it in English for the sake of the audience, but I also offer the original version using the translation tool
Tres españoles seguidos ^^
This is great to know! I was working on a short fan comic, and I didn't know if I'd have any trouble posting it here.

Have a look at what demons look like in other cultures (the Asian idea of the afterlife, for instance) and see if you can add a bit of that to the mix.
I started uploading three pages per episode to be able to catch up with the pages I had already done. I now update one page per episode.
I think you mean "hobby" A hobbit is that thing which lives in a hole in the ground.
I don't think that changing the language of the site is that important: I once sent a friend a link for my comic, and just told her to click on the yellow button. That said, since there is no option to search comics by language, it could be nice to let each author choose the language rather than s…
My comic has a fixed ending, but I've left it open enough to change it in the future if I want to. I could change my mind and continue the story though: I wrote it that way for that reason.
It all depends on how you want your comic to look. Different styles of coloring lead to different interpretations of the scene. That said, I like how you've colored the picture. I'd tone the saturation down a bit for the skin tone, but that's just my opinion, and other than that, it looks really g…
It depends on how much you're willing to spend. Mine's a Samson C03u, and I'm pretty happy with it. I got it for around 90 USD, and I bought an anti-pop filter for it for an extra 20. [image]
You could just draw the characters in normal clothes (or even warmer-than-usual clothes) and have them sweat cause it's too hot for them
Using different thumbnails can help identify a certain episode. That said, you don't really have to put that much work into them: I normally choose a small part of my page (usually a face) and use it as thumbnail.
This is the last page I've made for Hearts. It's actually an illustration and not part of the story: I did it to make up for the hiatus the comic's going through. All the references are intentional. [image]
I started writing a simple script which only contained the number of panels per page and the dialogue in each one. I also had rough drafts of what I wanted the pages to look like (I mean "characters are actually stick figures" rough). Now I've begun writing another script for a full plot, and I'v…
For instance, I think panel 2 of chapter 5 would look better with two word baloons, you could summarise panel 1 of chapter 6 a bit (I think it'd be better if the dialogue were in two panels instead of one, but I understand that you want to stick to the 3 panel format), and chapter 7 just seems to co…
I wouldn't mind B/W either. I like your colouring style, but I suppose it must take a long time to do. You could try with a simpler style or colouring too, or using different shades of the same colour, like Game Boy Lands.
It's possible. However, I don't think that it'll be that expensive if the company making the comic and the original publisher agree to divide the profits or something like that. After all, there is an ongoing comic version of "A song of Fire and Ice", IIRC, and the fees to adapt the book series must…
I'm still wondering why there hasn't been an official comic adaption of the Harry Potter series.
I love your idea. It'd be nice to give each event a theme, and a battle is a pretty good one to start.
I'm a great fan of Isaac Asimov's work, but particularly the Foundation series. I heard it was going to be adapted into a TV series, and while I don't think that I'll have a good transition into the small screen, I believe that it could make a pretty good comic book series.
My advice depends on how many pages you already have: keep uploading them one by one, with short breaks between them (maybe daily) and then switch to a regular schedule once you're reaching the point in which you're still making new pages.
Would there be a problem with fan fics? I've never done any, but I have an idea for a short (16 pages long) comic based in an existing franchise. Could it be uploaded here? (I'm not planning on monetizing it)
I start with Photoshop CS5, where I make the panel layout (and place the texts) using a custom method. Then I export the file and open it in SAI, where I sketch and draw the whole page. Finally, I export the file back to Photoshop and add word baloons and sound effects, changing the position of text…
