You wrote that the pay is between $100 and $400, but you didn't say anything about the amount of work the artists would need to complete. Is this pay per episode? How many panels are in an episode? How often do you release episodes?

I love your work! Do you have any examples of you using cooler/darker colours for your backgrounds? like purple, black etc? Though I have no issue with the use of the warmer colors, I wish for my cover to reflect the darker themes of my story.

100$ per page is no exaggeration. If you want to pay less, you could learn how to do thumnails (very basic sketches what happens in the page), flat colors, adding text and such.
Yeah personally I suggest looking into what other people are paying for a similar amount of work. Honestly $100 per page is actually REALLY cheap. Being an artist is a lot of work.
