I'm gonna be unromantic and practical and say money.
Neither being able to draw nor having money can ultimately give you happiness, as happiness itself is relative. But money is pretty much the one that's going to lessen much more burden. Your debts will be gone, treatment for mental and physical illnesses becomes affordable, and if you want to learn new things or visit places when your (life) time is running out, money's there to help.
And there are other ways to tell my stories if I don't have the ability to draw. There's film, prose, video games, acting and so on.
