Hello hello! This thread is a idea I have been thinking of for a while now. I'm not sure if anyone else had the idea but I've been wanting so show my appreciation for some of the creators and people on the site for their qualities. They are some of the people I look up to here on Tapas.

Firstly, I highly admire those who follow their own path and don't necessarily care about the mainstream things most of the community wants. Like @nathanKmcwilliams, who isn't afraid of talking about following his own path.
I can't help but stop with what I'm doing for a few seconds and just admire the bravery and guts it takes to just say what's on your mind without fearing what the community thinks about it.
Actually there was one other person like that as well who I admired for that. But they left the forums and I won't say who they are in respect, though I still admire them for what they did.

Secondly I want to show @darthmongoose some appreciation as well. They have a vast amount of experience in comic-making and writing but most of all, they are eager and glad to share it in order to help others. And in a very polite, friendly manner as well.

Lastly I want to give some appreciation to my friend @aqua03. For his determination and will to never give up on his ideas. That's the kind of willpower I really admire and at times I wish I had the determination he has for his projects.

It's (probably?) not a secret that I admire those creators and sometimes I'm a little jealous of their strengths as well. But that's why I wanted to show them some appreciation in this thread.

If you want to show some appreciation for others yourself, feel free to do so in this thread! It's always a good thing to show some love.

Ps. Note that this isn't a promo thread though, we've got enough of those.

@DualDragons
Thanks for the uplifting words! This was the first thing I read when I woke up this morning, and it made my day. I love this idea for a thread.

I would like to show some appreciation to @jensrichard77.
He's always got such a positive attitude here on the forums, and brings a lot of fun around with him. Life is hard, and it's nice to see a positive attitude in the face of it. (Sorry Red. I turned on you this one time.)
And of course, he and I are working on a project, not to promote it here, but, working with Jens is great!

I would also like to say I admire anyone who works a full time job or goes to school full time, and also makes a comic or a novel. Creating is hard work, and it's tough to get through those daily responsibilities, only to go and work on art.
Keep on trucking people.

There are so many awesome people here on the forums. I wanted to shout out more, but I don't have much time right now. This community has been a great place to spend the last two years, and I can't imagine my journey without it.

I'm honestly honored and touched that you think that about me. It really means a lot to me to hear that. Thank you so much for the encouragement and kind words in that regard as well. And thank you for being such a good friend on that end also.

Okay got my update done and up finally, sorry for the late response! I'm so happy to be appreciated, thank you @DualDragons ! :heart_02: I am SO impressed by your hard work and growth as an artist, you're doing great!

Wow er... I'm grateful to all of you who regularly interact with and drop likes on my review thread. I won't list all your names, because there are like 10+ regulars on there now, but I do see you and you do all always make me smile! Also just generally, all of those who put yourselves up for review and then take the criticism with maturity and respond politely, that's amazingly professional and brave of you and I'm always amazed by people who can do it, it's not easy.

I admire @KRWilliams for organising the Bitesize threads, which must be a lot of effort, and for standing strong both as a voice for the professional creators on Tapas, but also on difficult social justice issues and having such expertise in that area.

Also shoutout to @Kelheor who is always giving great advice to new creators who need it!

Thank you @nathanKmcwilliams for the kind words.
And clockwise. You are an amazing artist to work with. You are the one that soon will tell my story of

Bunneh The Rabbit

Now I will like to pass on the crown for being the most carrying and kind person to ever bee here at Tapas to @amortelito
You did something for me 2 years ago. Something that I never will forget. You believed in me with my very first attempt to make a story.
Remember this:

Bunneh is in the making because of you.
Soon the entire Tapas will know and see a unique story.

Also, a shoutout to the Tapas forum mother @ratique you are the one we all can depend on.
And if I may, I will crown you.
Queen Of Us

Now the next might be a surprise But here is a shoutout to @skicoak because you are the necessary evil. You are the one to bring us in balance. The teacher of protecting against dark forces. You play a bigger role than you might know. And you are doing it in a perfect balance without crossing the line.

Here is a respectful shoutout to @tired_programmer for all her twist and funny competition and Ink prices. Also, she is still the smartest person among us. If you ask me.

Here is a shoutout for @Karumtoo-Rexo for being a true fan of Blue. Thank you for all of your support.

Same goes for the good people behind ”Hue Are You” @Rodimus13 for always be up for a fun crossover.

Speaking of crossover. Here is a big warm hug to @aqua03 for always trying so hard to make a place where we all are being seen.

And here is my biggest shoutout. To my own real-life brother @Larslaustsen for working so hard in his novel. Even that he suffers from dyslexia. This is not stopping him and together with the kindhearted and talented @Azifri and a professional editor, the story of The Catmen Sorceress has come to life.

@jensrichard77 Inspired me me to be more creative and his work never stops amazing me.Yes!! Bunneh!!:heart_eyes::heart_eyes: I unfortunately didn't have the time to help more but if you ever need a banner or thumbnail let me know!

@Penni is a huge example of hard work, talent determination and support of others.:heart::heart:

@Jenny-Toons I admire your ever interesting point of view, and very educated responses. I think my heart count says that you are my top author in the forums.

@DiegoPalacios Diego, the hero, had always helped me when I'm too dumb to understand internet, people, and webcomics in general. He is always interesting to read both in the forums and in his creative work. :ok_hand:

@Chita is my sempai and I look up to her work. I hope that some day I can produce as wonderful art as her.

@tired_programmer I admire the fearlessness and boldness of her opinions. To me is an example of someone who doesn't have to be rude to say this as they are.:book:
@azifri I admire everything about this creator, art, kindness, intelligence, and I'm happy to be in contact with such a great person.

@Kelheor you are in my pedestal of goals :heart_eyes:gorgeous art, hard working artist and very nice to other creators.

@rosiegh0st I admire your talent and the way you have been perfecting your art style. Also, the way you try your best to make your comic better.:heart::heart:

@Aqua03 I admire the love and dedication to your story! Keep fighting for your comic!

Ooff I'm gonna mention everyone in the forums :joy::joy::joy: I'm sorry.

@jensrichard77 @amortelito Wow, I genuinely don't know what to say in regards to that. I'm actually, genuinely touched that you guys thought that about me. Thank you both so much for all the help and encouragement you have also given me throughout my years here as well. It really means a lot to me and I'm thankful for everyone here. It feels like I've finally found the artist friends I've been desperately looking for all this time. It really means a lot to me to have you guys around. Thank you.

Aw, this is such a sweet idea, thanks for doing it!
@amortelito Nooooooo, I can't be your sempai, you're my sempai!! :blusht: But being completely serious, I really admire the complexity of your characters and how much emotion you pour in your work. Amorte is one of the comics that have left me the most moved after an episode, you're really amazing.
@TAMAnnoying. Their artstyle is just so good, perfect anatomy, realistic expressions and nice color palette. It has everything! But the thing that I really look up to is their worldbuilding abilities, I LOVE how grounded their fantasy story is, almslt feeling like an extension of reality.
Both @Azifri and @tired_programmer. What I really admire of them is how much they like their craft. Each time that they talk about their jobs or anything related to their major they sound like they really enjoy it. I just aspire to like my job as much as they do :cry_01:
@darthmongoose is really worth mentioning. I've said it before and I'll repeat it as many times as posible, you are a goddess. The ammount of knowledge you have about comic making and writing is already impressive on its own, but what I really appreciate is that you're always there to share with those in need. I can't thank you enough for your work.
@nathanKmcwilliams. I love how much passion he puts in his work and the intensity of his drawings. If I ever get to express a quarter of what he does in my work I'll be much more than satisfied.
@Kelheor. Her artskills are sublime and I absolutely adore her character design. Also though it may sound dumb, I love each one of your gifs. They forum would be a sad place without you in there.
@AbelDraws. I just can't leave this here without mentioning her. I love all the excitement and LOVE she has for her work and how it transpires to everyone and everything around her. I can't thank her enough for all the times that she has make me laugh with both of our works. She's a ray of sunshine everywhere she goes

@jensrichard77 my man, we will make something truly great. Thanks for believing in my art.

@Chita aww thanks. I think your use of colors and values are so awesome and amazing, so it really means a lot to hear that from you.

Real quick I'd also like to say @Kelheor you are super awesome and friendly to all the new people around here. Very welcoming.

And @Skicoak, I think you're a super smart dude, I can tell when you speak about something, you've done your research. Also...yeah, I get a kick out of your humor too. That's always fun. And I also like how you don't hold back on your opinions.

In addition to many people already mentioned
@Hodge has started a real renaissance for the tapas Art studies. Really motivated me to get back to fundamentals.

Also @phen because phen is awesome!!!

I somehow forgot @Kann
