So, how old are the characters from your comics?
Do you have any sort of criteria to asign them any age?
I must confess the ages of my characters were chosen at random.
Here are the canon ages of my interactive comic version of Jack and the Beanstalk1:

Evangeline is 23, Anastasia is 22, Vance is 25, Philipe is 27, Valantis is 47, and Ezra is 23. Decided for a bit of an older cast compared to a lot of novels and comics that I normally read.
At the start of the story Kyara and Zack are early 18 and 17 years old respectively.
By the end of the final chapter Kyara will be late 19 years old and Zack late 18 years old.
And by the time of the conceptual sequel story, Trespasser: Odyssey they will be in their early to mid twenties.
As for some of the other characters:
Blip is over a thousand years old, Grayson starts the story at 22 and Rowyn is 19 when she is first introduced.
Elena is 20 just on the cusp of 21, her friends Iah and Val are 21. On the Vamps side: Darien and Valda (twins and born vampires) are 249 and Bastian became veilbound (made vampire) at 28 in 1778 so he's about 275 years old.
when the story starts both my male and female lead in "Damsel in the Red Dress" are 28, but Kattar is about 7 months older than Alicia, so he's already turned 29.
In my comic "Sketchy Business" Texas is 19 and Chili is 25 when the story starts. As it's kind of a wacky comedy, I don't expect any normal aging to take place unless a birthday episode becomes plot relevant
My characters...
Claudita and Akala are at least 6000 years old (if you believe young earth). If not, then it's completely unknown.
Even if they physically appear to be between age 20-25.
Caelan is 29 years old when the story begins, while Leopold is 18, but with the mental age of a 12 years old (This is how Caelan would say it btw).

The typical Shapeshifter lifespan is ~400 years. Certain classes live longer. The rate at which a shapeshifter matures is very similar to that of house cats. The first 5% of their lifetime, IE 20-25 years, they mature at the same rate as a human. For the next 90% of their lifetime they will live as adults. Around 200-250 years (the human equivalent of late 40's) they start showing signs of middle age. 350-375 (the human equivalent of late 50's-early 70's) they appear as senior citizens. The final 5%, from 275-400-ish, they appear as very old, equivalent to a human in their late 70's-90+. Even as they approach end of life they will remain healthy and strong though, thanks to their robust healing powers.
Lucinda is timeless (Lucinda is a Hecate, and they are immortal). She can appear as any age she chooses, but she generally prefers to look like a frail old woman in her eighties. This makes her enemies tend to underestimate her strength and abilities.
Hunter (new character) is fifteen years old. His lifespan is unknown because nobody knows what species he is. The only thing they can be sure of is that he isn't human
In the current canon of the year 1900 in Elsie my characters have aged up a bit.
Ernest is 31. Roy and Rosie are both 29. (They are twins) Elsie is 27.
Jane who started as 18 at the beginning of Elsie, she is now 22.
Doctor Oliver Greenwood is 25 years old.
Mrs. Evans is only 54 in 1900. She married James in 1869 and had Roy and Rosie in 1871. I know. Even I’m shocked she’s only in her fifties! 
James (Roy and Rosemary’s father) was only 48 when he was murdered in 1892. RIP. He would’ve been 52 at the beginning of Elsie (1896-1897) and 56 in the current year 1900.

Crow in early 20s. He is suppose to be that age where you become an adult but still feel not completely an adult yet.
Brad, Elijah and Nani are about the same age as Crow

Miss and Blake are 36 (Rahm too if you count deceased people)
Shoo-fly is 40
Tabutu is 38
Nono is 1000-ish (he's a demon)
Poppy and Pan are 9-10
Tony is 13
Dai and Nite are 18
The only notable things about both series is that no one is 14-17 years old.
Since most of my characters in 'Haru and Tsukasa' are in high school, you should expect to see a lot of teenage characters:
Sarah, the only character (as of now) who's in college is 19.
The titular characters, Tsukasa and Haru, as well as Juan, Lila, and Olivia, are 18.
Noemi is 17.
Erica, Andrew, Miri, and Dakota are 16.
Pierre and Evangeline are 15.
There are also a lot of characters who are much older than that:
Ms. Harrison. Haru's world history teacher, is 26.
Haru's mom and dad are both 40 years old.
Chishiki and Yukai are 15:
While Jikyuu and Aijou are 17:
The villains trend older, where Malice is 39 and Rose is 21:
I don't really have a "criteria" for their ages. Usually I just pick numbers based on vibes, lol.
Age is complicated in my case because I have two plotlines that are in actuality separated by 3 years.
Corrine is the youngest of the love pentagon at 22
Rose is currently 23 in her chapters but by the time the two stories will synchronize she will be 26.
Nives is 21 in Rose's chapter, and 25 in Corrine's chapters.
Alex pretends to be 22, the same age as Corrine, but in actuality is in fact 26.
Arobase is 24.

Suen and Ea are both 14. Suen’s age was chosen very deliberately, as it’s the same age as my favorite magical girls were at the start of their show (Usagi Tsukino and Utena Tenjou), in addition to being a multiple of seven which is worldbuilding-wise. Ea is 14 because.. I wanted them to be the same age as Suen, they don’t get any fun reasons.
