Oh boy, dads!
Sanori's dad, Makoto Minosei, plays a major role in the comic. Before Sanori became the Aiiro No Kunoichi, a vigilante ninja warrior fighting against injustice, Makoto was the Aiiro No Ninja. He has since passed on the family tradition to Sanori, and has taught her everything she knows. Sanori holds a lot of respect for her father, and Makoto cares for Sanori more than anything... that said, some recent disagreements over tradition vs. safety have put some strain on their relationship.
And then there's Danny's dad, Captain Harman Merritt! He isn't home often, but that's because he's a sailor who often goes on grand cargo-delivering adventures, which Danny thinks is super cool. What Danny doesn't know is that most of that cargo is stolen. Cap'n Merritt is secretly a pirate. He intends to tell Danny when he's older.
