Goals for your novel + Promotion

What goals did you both reach and fall short of in 2019. What goals are going on for 2020?

I barely missed my 10k views and 250 subs.
I am aiming for 400 subs by the end of 2020 now and reaching 20k views. Even just looking at them now they kinda seem wild but I am aiming for them so yay.
I also am aiming for 200k words next year.
I did reach a goal of 1k likes so that's a good one!!!

My goal for my novel was to actually start it And I did that! So I'm proud of myself, even if it's just a little accomplishment. My goals for 2020 are to get some sort of a following as well as to be consistent in my weekly uploads. I also want to commission artwork for my thumbnail at some point, so I'm looking into that process.

My goal for this year is reaching 500 subs on my main novel's first book, and 250 on the second one ^^

What goals did I reach? Fox Trap was released, which is a huge honor, For the Light is doing better than I ever imagined. I hope it would reach 300 subs and now it's on its way to 700.

Where did I fall short? I wanted to re-write one of my novels for traditional publishing but I quickly realized that wasn't going to happen as fast as I want it to. So I'm exercising some patience as far as that goes.

What are my goals for 2020?

Finish For the Light
Pitch a novel to Tapas
Get my new Novel, Sacrifice, to 300 subs

For Alone in the Night I reached 160 subscribers and 5k views. Didn't reach the goal of 250 subs but I realistically don't even expect to get that since the story is already finished.

For Baby, I Love You I, well first of all,I started the novel and I've managed to keep a decent buffer of chapters (atm five chapter buffer). I also reached the goal of 30 subscribers and 500 views. I was hoping to get to 50 subs but I'm happy with what I got. My goal for this year is to get at least to 150 subs on BILY as well as finish it.

I'd also like to start planning and maybe even writing a new novel this year.

Congrats on reaching your goal!

I reached my goal of 100 subs for one of my novels but fell short of 25 subs for a recently posted one.

Hoping to get to 200 subs for Shackles,

and to 50 subs for Dark Bytes !

I don't have any subscriber goals, but I'm aiming to write at least ten books/600k words this year!

My goal for this comic is to reach 25 subs and to finish chapter 1. This has been my passion project since high and I just want this to be a great start to a whole new decade!

Goals reached:

Actually posting my stories
Winning a merch from a contest
Getting first Ko-Fi donation for my work (yes, it was my goal)

Fall short:

Reaching the 250 subs before 2020 for my series 'The Emperor and His Thief'. It's currently at 246
Finishing the first arc comic script for 'The Emperor and His Thief'. I have a valid reason for this though... cloud storage being a confused AI and decided to overwrite the files with a wrong version instead.
Unable to start a planned horror project. It was a QT project with horror themes. Maybe I can release these for this year's Halloween instead.

Goals for 2020:

This is a long shot but I want to finish 'The Emperor and His Thief' (tbh, cannot see it as it took me about five months to get halfway through the first arc).
Get to the apocalypse part for 'To Rise Again in the Apocalypse'
Write over 200k words
Try pitching 'The Emperor and His Thief' to tapas.
Get a stable job QQ

What goals did I reach? NTN actually got a fair amount of attention on Tapas in it's first year. Totally surprised me. Honestly thought this site would be a waste since it's largely a comic market.

2020 goals? =__= Beats me. Print and edit chs 70-100 and get the super fancy legal copyright filed, sell at least 10 copies, and I dunno, write more than 10 chapters? I don't really do goals since they all feel so small. lol For a Tapas goal, dunno, uh 10 comments?

Other novel goals: don't forget to write for them at least a little bit.

I reached 150 subscribers which was a goal, so yay me!
I also got on the staff-picks for the story which was a goal, so also, yay me!
I did not meet my goal of 200 subscribers (I would also like for the subscribers to actually be, y'know... READERS as well as subscribers, but that might be a pipe dream haha), unfortunately, but I think that should be an easy goal to meet for this upcoming year.
I think I'm about at 7000 views and I would like to make it to 10,000
I think I would also like to finish act 3 of the story for 2020, but I ain't sure that's gonna happen because apparently act 2 is taking forever. XD Damn my need to flesh out the characters.
