Well, yes and thats what I'm doing that right now. But going back to the discussion, I can't help noticing is, why do you have to criticize so much only for such a simple question?
Like you are saying that I'm looking for shortcuts? I don't know why you say this, but man, I've been around making comics that I want to make a title for my own. Not doing a comic for someone else. Furthermore, we artists are all COMMERCIAL ARTISTS, ever since Michelangelo and other greats.
I'm not here being a "sellout", if that's what you are thinking.
Yes, I'm wondering how the Primetime Program, works and I want to find out if there are any success stories out there. Am I not the only one curious about it?
Like I said, why do a comic if there's no reward at the end of the tunnel? Once you know the risk and the reward, that's where you start to make your plan. No investor makes a plan without knowing the territory.
You pointed out sad stories about your friends, but to me, I think they are just not lucky. LUCK plays a role in making a comic too, and probably, they just dived in not knowing the rewards. That's why making a comic is a gamble. Are they still persistent in doing it up til now, or have they given up? If they are not persistent, then they they have failed all the same.
